In the top middle area there is a Settings panel with volume etc. Click on archivements and it will guide you what you need to do in order to get different clothes, Dicks colors and other stuff.
Voice depends on the version you play and probably about your soundcard settings. You can also adjust a couple of values in the same panel. Like music, Sound from the girls and animals etc.
If you still have a issue with Sound, got to first page of this tread and use the search bar on the top right side. Some guys had issues too in the past.
