I'm just gonna hazard a guess and assume no, given that the base mod download contains the previous version of the game modded, which it all is built upon and trying to copy over one or the other way is either breaking, or replacing the game.
EDIT: Small added info - Oni has the habit of making a whole lot of changes to code in several areas all at once for his additions, causing issues if you were to just copy mod files built for a previous version.

yes that was a feature in the original mod
you can dowload it and dress it over the game but you will also miss a lot of the newer animations and iteractions
The modder corrently ovehauls his mod to be compatible with the current version
to my expirience to newest mod is a better expirience overall
but if you never played you should still try it. You order girls to walk with vibrator during the day
full discression you cant rape girls while they are gaged if you cross the line they walk awat.

Well that was kinda hilarious.... I started a new game and instead of the innocent uncorrupted rogue my maxed out sex crazed rogue from the last version of the mod is what walked in....... Naked and masturbating with a vibe when the Prof introduces her. rebooting the game and starting a new game again fixed it MAJOR WTAF? moment tho.

extra clothing/accessory options, ability to have the girl dye their hair, and multiple sex positions for all girls instead of each girl being limited to a single position specific to them prolly other shit i forgot
