Dude, that worked! Well, it at least gave me the option to CTRL-right click open it and approve it to run like I've always had to do with these kinds of games downloaded from the internet. Thank you! Which version did you send me? 0.984h_171 was the latest Mac version I'd downloaded.
So, I looked in the discord and couldn’t really telll... how is the work coming along? I remember at one point the kidders were working together with Oni, and I was just curious how that was going.

What exactly isn't? You might want to specify your problem if you want some help.
Well, you can always just ask how work comes along when one of the higher ups decides to drop in to chat in the mod-general chat or similar.
To answer your question: Work is going okay-ish? They are definitely working on it.
There's no ETA on when there'll be an actual update, because the workload is too massive. And what the expanded crew has done for Oni amounts to basically reviewing the code and seeing if it all holds together, giving advice at the most from what I remember. Given this is Onis learning experience and less of a commercial product I can't blame him.
We don't have Jean in the mod yet. Oni included Jean and all of her poses in his new update. Go try it

Citation needed: We only have her doggystyle & he plans to implements all girls with a doggy & front position in the future but Jean lacks her unique pose.

If your game comes up with an error script while starting, that means that either:
a) the download is corrupted and critical files are missing
b) the game cannot start due to localized errors (from what I could tell it can be due to the localisation set on some machines, but hell, I'm no programmer) that Ren'Py tries to parse and fails
c) you tampered with the files to the point of rendering the game unbootable
As a quick info for anyone hopping in here from the main game thread: The current releases of the mod are standalone versions and to not be used with the vanilla games current version
All you do is unzip and play.
While yes, this means the mod is incompatible with the base games' newer versions and thus has less content, it also has specific content of its own not found in the base game that makes it a fair trade off.
