There is literally zero point in downloading the .a version. It is going to be riddled with bugs and problems and in less than a week there will be at least a .c version already.

I've been playing it no problem from an old save file, so far the only bug I've gotten has been emma not gaining arousal while doing scenes in the shower.

There's always ONE big point in downloading the a,b, or even c versions. It's called finding and reporting bugs, glitches ,and issues that can corrected and patched out of future versions, thus giving everyone a better and smoother experience with the game.

Sure, you are right from the perspective of someone who goes out of their way to test stuff, but lets not pretend that the majority of the people here do that.
The majority of people who download this, especially here, are casual users. That is a moot point.

If you're in this place before the game has hit the 'recently updated' tab, you're more likely to be a bit more than a casual observer.

Kitty's mutant power is being able to PHASE through things.... say... like DOORS
She does that RANDOMLY as part of her thing.... just like Vision did in Avengers : Civil War
Point is her and other girls still shouldn't be looking for the main character in other random rooms.

Another point..... If you read the comics from say the early 80 for her.... When she could not find someone she did tend to PHASE through doors without knocking... it was one of her quirks they gave her back then...
and
am thinking that ONI was trying to recreate that when putting her in....

What do you mean random room. There are like 4 rooms your character can go too. It is hardly a "find waldo" situation.
It would be nice if there was some "don't interrupt" order you can give them with high enough obedience.

You can ask a girl to stop barging in : Change her > Boundaries. I haven't try it for now so I can't tell if it needs some level in Obedience (as NaoSoul suggested).
