There was at least one mod where Rogue had the option to get the player character's initial tattooed on her lower/inner hip. I'm not sure if any of the other devs incorporated that into their mods.

In my experience: Prime adjusted the stat gains during their intros to make it easier to do stuff with them sooner. I never got first meet beej from Jubes, and I never thought to try to get her to show her boobs.
There is an indirect-quote in this thread that says that Oni will never add Mistique because it would be a pain in the ass trying to get her body morphing mechanics to work.
