Cheat? Like on your chosen partner for the girl?
If so, just go to clinic, control the doctor and commence the lewdness, voila, you cheated with the girl in question.
As for the currencies? Its Unity game, you can just check the top right currency value with cheat engine and set it as high as you want, I don't see any other reasons or points to cheat on this game in its current state, all the parameters just max out while you spam the character based commands over few days, if that's too much of a hassle, then just pick the extra option from the menu and go for free sex for instant action.

For those who cannt launch patch to english - try to disable your antivirus and firewall
Actuall game is like Sims with mods but without building and customyzing lifestile and world around (and actuall rubish inity engine without optimisation)
So i think it worh for Studio players as always, only.

I seem to be stuck on this part of the game, can't even launch it, and i have less than 20 character cards, all used in the 1.2 as well, so not sure whats happening here

I'd write a lot more about how stupid this is but I don't care, have fun waiting for your "100% save for room girl"
the fix to this, was to put the cards in 2 at a time, and there was absolutely no issue lol, but having all cards at the same time it would just "freeze" there, the longest i let it stay was about 8 hoursI seem to be stuck on this part of the game, can't even launch it, and i have less than 20 character cards, all used in the 1.2 as well, so not sure whats happening here
Go to any of the locations and choose one of characters and interact with the other characters.
There is no MC. You can take control of any character available and you can switch any time.

REMEMBER IF you have play 20 hours, all registed toons have save setiings like money, lvls, etc

is translated already via software/dll auto mode, but moders can reuse a fixed translated parts after, i GUESS
use this RAR file : copy to MAIN GAME ROOM GIRL 1.3 - FOLDER / BENPIX / TRANSLATIONS / en
you must have 3 folders
1 - en
2 - Fonts
3 - Zh-CN

i edited some tags to smaller words cause word size, hope helps you...
specially in main UI frames/interfaces boxes
from a version 1.2, i guess, with some issues, specially in UI load/save game...
