Art is good. Game is jankier than the earliest Newgrounds game that started this genre Demon Girl
Hit detection jank. Delay between hitting target and death of target. Targets that are dead and shouldn't exist trigger sex after dead. Lingering hitbox jank. Super jump jank. Janky jank jank.
Everything is just move in direction, take 1 or two steps back then attack. No different gameplay. Extreme boredom. Needs movement ability for levels this large to traverse them faster and a jump attack with some flying enemies to add variety.
Art is good. To see this genre done well get Ayura Crisis and its sequel instead.

How do you progress through the game? Once you kill the leeches there's nothin more to do but die in the put and start all over again

In the cave stage you want to progress completely to the right, there will be pathways you can enter by pressing down arrow.
Damn so good animations and sprites to have a dog shit gameplay Jesus Christ, never in my life I had a bad time playing a side scroller, not the worst but this gonna make me cry when I'm gonna go to bed

wtf? that file literally comes with the game the only modification i made was force enable disabled gallery buttons
its just one flag anyway
They must have integrated a VirusTotal scan on uploaded files.

Yeah this is weird, I've done numerous Game Assembly modifications to different games and this is the only time this has ever happened.
Very weird, unless the game has an anti-virus flag that's the only explanation I can think of
1. need more fuckin arrows, especially around the catapillars sense they are too tall to jump over with out being boosted by another enemy.
2. Pregnancy mechanic is pretty hot, gave birth to cute bunny.
3. spider boss is bullshit - you have twenty arrows, here are twenty enemies, then the spider, who runs away after a few shots and leaves you with another wave of enemies, the catapillars of which you cant skip and take two shots to kill on easy.
4. You can kick with the A key, which is carpel tunnel inducing - wtb controler support.

well the game is no good for me, to buggy, cant go through the entrance after killing the black slime, waste of a download time.
This game needs a health and arrow cheat really bad...
