Jokes aside, I recommend you activate the debug mode to get a "feeling" for this game. Without the UI from the debug mode, it's quite hard (with MTL nearly impossible) to decipher whether you arouse her or not. You can activate the debug UI with a file somewhere in the Root folder of the game.
Ive done more detailed posts earlier but the tldr is just keep touching butt, thighs and boobs but stop when the eye turns color. Do that for 5 days, dont touch crotch.
