Well, you could have a save file :)
I think you can cheat using save editor, but I can't help with any advice with that - most complicated thing that I did with Roundscape - read scenes text in MAP files :)

No, not the werewolf. Werewolf is IN Slinsk and extra-impregnator NEXT to Slinks (you can meet him when walked down the cliff in the area west to Slinsk)

How do you actually get pregnant as female main char? I've tried with orcs and humans to no avail :/

Right, that makes sense, otherwise pregnant Club scene couldn't be. So, as I understand, you need to liberate Summeredge (and maybe visit the Club) for ALL FemPregnancies to happen!

Don't remember amber waterfall. One warehouse is in poor district east from entrance, there is an entrance to the alley.

oh i found it, it is bathhouse near crystal teleport but need Ruk and Succu in team to trigger event
