it's part of a quest she gives. her flags are all over the place so I'm not sure what exactly triggers it. I got it soon after getting her and visiting her a few times but it has dialogue talking about killing murkhal so it's probably meant to be in act 3.

Thanks for the update!! But care to elaborate what you disliked about the game? I'm just curious if its because of tags/kinks you dislike/wanted or if its because of bugs or another reason entirely.
For some spaghetti-related reason this feature overwrites my most recent save slot, which is just wonderful. And it can't be disabled in the settings menu. Oh, and the arena scene still doesn't trigger for female PC.

My god, the paladin quest got fucked even worse than it was before. Upon returning to the paladin I just get a black screen, had to use my horse to fast-travel to the castle. Thankfully, after that I was able to (again) return to the paladin and turn in the quest. I also tested it on a new playthrough, and new players without access to the castle/fast travel are shit outta luck with this quest. How the fuck do you try to patch a problem twice, do nothing the first time, and fuck it up the second time?

Although it is a bit much to demand from somebody to read 724 pages of a thread on a forum about hentai games.
Even saying to read the last 50 or 60 pages since the release of the shit update, pardon, "gold update", would be too much.
So, yeah. Enjoy the angry and disappointed scribble of a jaded stranger, who somehow is still surprised that shit can get worse.
The game has been known for being inconsistent with the art, but they are not only inconsistent with that. My favourite character Katelyn is a great example of that and the female playable character is also a good example of this. The female PC has black hair, but in some scenes she suddenly does have brown hair. The same goes for Kat. She has black hair too, but at least all of her scenes show her with black hair. Here the fuck up is her sprite. In the overworld it is the correct hair colour, but in battle she has brown hair.
Somebody may say or think "Proof it, give examples.". Play a female PC and use Kat, there you go. Alternatively search through the folders of the game, don't forget the pictures of the scenes are in Roundscape Adorevia 6.1\www\img\pictures
The scenes are full of such inconsistencies, the breast size is also something that points that out. Every character has sometimes bigger tiddies, sometimes smaller tiddies. For dicks the same goes too. The game is generally just so inconsistent, it feels like every decision has been made with drawing lots from a hat. You can't tell me this has been crafted with love, passion and care, because it's obvious that is isn't. This shit is a cash grab for those that think with their dick.
Another thing is the lack of participation they offer to their patreons. They implement a lot of stuff, but most of the time they never ask if the people even want what they do. Once again female PC. The amount of bestiality is ridiculous. Have they ever asked if people want it? No, of course not. People pay them and what do they get for their money? Almost nothing. For example in the entire year of 2022 there was one, ONE(!) survey where people could pick some characters that should have more scenes. Yes, those characters did get more scenes, but could the people say what this scenes should contain? Like anal, or pregnancy? No, they couldn't. You know what they charge for that? 10 Bucks a month, which makes 120 a year. So this is what you get for 120 dollars? Excluding fees and stuff!
Do we even need to talk about how broken things are? Gallery, quest log, the quest to collect the debts to the brothel and much more. They know that since years, YEARS! It hasn't been fixed yet, even though the game went """""gold""""". Often when they fix things, they break it even more. Example? Go a few posts up somebody says the paladin quest is even more fucked than before, I tested it and yes, he is right. Another example? The new gallery. Got time to make it even worse, but not to add everything to it or make sure you the stuff that is there works, because some scenes don't. Do they even test their work? They say they do, I say they don't or at least don't care about the players.
Now, AI. Just look at those pictures. Fucking ugly. Not even an option to use the old art is given. Although the old art would still be there in the folder. All the AI stuff looks more or less the same, the AI just loves to use the same effects and expressions again, again and again. Paired with all of those mistakes regarding anatomy.
I could get on and on about it, but I get tired, so personal opinions to the end.
The game having so much fetishes is fucking stupid. How big is the change that somebody likes all of those? Imagine somebody comes for the futa content, or the gay content, or the yuri content, or the pregnancy content. They would have to skip so many scenes, it's ridiculous. Even worse is that they have to suffer through 35 hours of gameplay for it. Now don't come with variety, because this is a weakness in my opinion. If you only like J and have to scratch the rest from the ABC, then this games sucks. There is nothing else that the game offers, the characters are shallow, the story is not interesting, the dialogue is not funny, the combat not exciting, nothing, there is just nothing.
Katelyn is too good for that dumpster fire that is this game. Her scene in the bath with the PC gives her some actual depth, so much that she is easily the best written character in the game. Maybe Rukskana can challenge her a bit, at least she is torn between the traditions of her kind or going a new way. Anyway from there on it could have been expanded to a struggle to accept what she has done, or what she wants to do in the future, or help her ease the damage she has done, because it's very visible that she suffers from her decisions and deeds. It feels like after submitting this scene somebody stepped in and went like "Lol, no. This is a hentai game, never do that again."
Last thing is that I hate Act 3. So unnecessary. I bloats the game way too much. The idea for act 3 should have been made into a sequel.

Despite the fact that I like the original art for this scene, new images aren't that bad. Though, her eyes on the 1st and 2nd seem a bit off, and her expressions are poorer, I think. Also, contrary to the usual practice of dev using AI to vary expressions in more monotone scenes, here her expression doesn't change during intercourse. This is less attention to details than I'd like.

On a serious note, thank you for poiting it out. At the first glance I took it for a cumstain, but the way it melts into the skin suggests vein, which in turn means this is a mistake of AI generation.
Oh, they definitely fucking don't. That paladin quest is just ridiculous, it takes less than 5 minutes to playtest it and find the problem, yet they've managed to "fix" and then actually break it back-to-back.

Biggest problem for me was bad cartoon anatomy and women looking like they weight 150kg in most scenes.
The 2nd is the lack of focus. Mc can be both genders, the cast is too big.
Scenes are often mundane, repetitive, done with strangers and lacks building character relationships for the future. Because of the bestiality and fantasy creature focus the sexual themes aren't grounded at all, leading to disbelief. Imagine having to prepare for anal in this game?
Theres no pacing with mc having a sexual journey arc, 1st scene is the same as the last scene of the game, he doesn't learn anything. In fact the devs seem to disregard character growth entirely in favor of every scene being it's own unique bit of "content" that stands on its own without relation to the rest of the game.
Hopefully the future games have tighter cast and more focus on better anatomy with their AI gimmick tuned better. Really the writer needs to go "heres like 3 characters we're going to focus on the entire game and every update builds them".

I do agree that the art inconsistencies and the bugs are super annoying and I hate them too but it seems like a lot of your frustration comes from the variety of tags/fetishes in the game. RA has always been known to be a hardcore fetish game with bestiality as one of the main focuses as far back as I can remember. It was always marketed as having something for everyone's taste so expecting it to have only the content that you personally enjoy is a bad reason to hate on it. If variety is a weakness in your opinion, you should have left as soon as you saw the massive amount of tags instead of paying them.
Even with all the complaints I still like this game (needs a working gallery though)
I kind of like all the crazy fetishes and enjoy most of the scenes, there are plenty of I don't like but I don't like whips and chains BDSM so I'm used to most erotic works have chunks I don't care and I don't even mind the AI stuff
I get the frustration people get from it not being very focused and I do think that its size has lead to it being very janky and barely functional at points and that can be pretty damn bad
I think I enter these games differently than many people, I see it as almost the "playable" version of older porn films where the plot was created to tie a bunch of crazy sex scenes together rather than attempt to build an immersive world with sex in it
I just don't think I would enjoy a "serious" game with erotic sex scenes in it. I tend to avoid erotic stuff in my immersive sims and RPGs the same way I avoid DPS and lore breaks in my erotic games. Those worlds are just too separate for me to really merge and enjoy them. I don't want to worry about my porn waifu stats and I don't want random naked pictures when I am trying to calculate my damage efficiency to resources
I don't think we are ever going to get Deus Ex meets hardcore porn with both elements being of high quality as the main audiences have too different expectations
