The gold version was 6.0 and the gallery fix version was supposed to be this current one.
The last news i remember reading here said that there will be two more patches next year, but i don't have any insider info.

I use the easy settings, female character and class noble, and somehow as I play it up to where we get a castle and I hire the builder and also the combat trainer for the castle, They appear to not show up. also I hired the blue haired mercenaries that said they want to guard the castle but again they doesn't show up as well.

No this can be trigger in the interrogation room in the Castle around act III
I also encounter an error, as I was upgrading the brothel it shows the error of " failed to load error " some image called "browarning04.png"
Does smb have a farmer female origin save file, anything but not the at the beggining please!

Pretty much where the text says they are.
1: travel from Slinsk to Ornesse and it's somewhere around the beach. (might be hidden, can't remember)
2. go to the tavern in Emek's rest, and look at the chest on the top left side of place.
3. go to the bathouse in Tilan and look for a chest.

You didn't "deactivate" AI images, but replaced them with human drawn ones. So - replace them again (if you have a copy ofc) or simply reinstall the game.
After scene 6 in the same part of the guide ("Scene Guide", "Ruksana" in your case).
e: The scene can surely be triggered ingame, just visit the interrogation room again after having fun with whipping Ruksana there. (Not sure about the gallery, there are many scenes missing there.)

where is the interrogation room? I've been looking for it everywhere but couldn't find a room named like that.

It's the nicer way to say "torture room". It is in the castle if you had it built by the NPC in the courtyard. It's in the same area as the bath, but on the right hand side of the corridor.

The first item is just a little northeast on the shore, when you take a boat from Slinsk to Ornesse.
The second is in the chief's lodge of Emeks Rest. Around the top-left corner.
The third is in the bathhouse in Tilan, after you gain full access to it.
All of these will be clearly indicated by a sparkle on the ground.
