I just took the time and put myself in your shoes:
I just DL'd the VN directly from the VN's OP, DL'd SanchoMod from this OP, and installed as normal (no shenanigans).

Everything is fine:

Thanks for the fast reply, i just downloaded the game again(Mega Link) and downloaded your Mod(also Mega) and put your Mod into the game folder, overwrote when prompted and I still get the same error. I never had a problem with your mods, not sure what's going on.

That particular error tells me you didn't install SanchoMod correctly at all. Install the VN FIRST then install the mod. The mod has many files included that MUST overwrite the base VN files, including the "patch" file (which is included with the mod).
I just DL'd the mod directly from the file host and it's definitely included:

Y'all have me baffled tbh. There's now over 5k DL's but there's about a dozen of y'all getting the same problem that I simply cannot replicate. So, I took it a step further than last night's experiment:

I took a freshly wiped Win10 laptop (clean, virgin, nothing but the Op system on it),
  1. DL'd the SonsOLiberty's compressed version (so I don't keep wasting my allotted bandwidth on these "tests"),
  2. DL'd SanchoMod from Mega,
  3. Made a folder on the virgin benchtesting machine's Desktop named "Games",
  4. Within that directory I extracted the compressed VN, ran it to insure it worked (of course it did), and closed it,
  5. Within the VN's "/game" folder placed all of the files/folders of the mod's zip,
  6. Ran the VN, no problem at all with SanchoGallery or any other feature of the mod I could think of to test.
Honestly I only did this for peace of mind for you folks. It's the same exact theory I use to benchtest every mod update for every VN I do every single time before I release, the only difference is that I don't re-DL the products since I already have them packaged on removable media I use on the testing units... but I wanted to be 100% in your shoes.

I'm at a loss until I can replicate these identical errors you folks are having with the mod's gallery data list. The error is specifically stating that the list's 'keys' of the mod's gallery is shorter than what RenPy is seeking. But it's not. There's 11 keys in each scenes list data in the mod's list, and the gallery is requesting each of the eleven keys proper in the code... it's not seeking a 12th that doesn't exist.

In summary: I cannot fix an issue that I either can't replicate or identify by eyeballing the code for glaring f-ups. I cannot do either in this case.... also, it would seem to me that all 5,000 folks that DL'd the mod would have the identical issue... but that's not the case here. :unsure:

I at first assumed that might be the case and why I detailed how I tested in my post from last night, but the user here stated they tried again by DL'ing everything fresh.

We'll figure it out though, always do. In this case either a dozen folks are messing up the same exact way or 5K other folks are extremely "lucky" including myself. :ROFLMAO:

BTW, I've heard of zero bug reports for the base VN... another excellent retail release bud.

Someone with this issue please try the same thing I did here and report back please.

The exact steps I took last "test" (follow these steps exactly so we remain on the same basis):
  1. DL the compressed version of VN v0.3.0 from here. I used the Workupload link specifically. This whole DL is only a bit more than 300MB so easy-peasy.
  2. DL the mod v0.3.0 from the OP of this thread. I used the Mega link specifically.
  3. Install the compressed VN in a newly created directory somewhere easily accessible for this test and install the compressed VN in that directory.
  4. Install the mod into that newly installed VN's "/game" folder like always.
  5. Run the VN, go to SanchoGallery and report your findings please.
We'll figure this out but I need help from you folks having the issue please.

I'm not new to mods and their installations and I have installed your mods in other games before but this is the first time I'm getting this error, I installed the mod correctly, downloaded the pixeldrain version of the compressed copy and downloaded the mod from this page.

I've done that and replaced the links in the OP.
Try this in your current install and let me know.
If this works then I'll create an official maintenance update post notifying folks of the issue and resolution.

Thank you to all that reported as I'm still beside myself as to why none of my wiped bench units would throw an error.
