Seeking RPG/lifesim with female protagonist and pregnancy system

Hi people, trying to find an RPG or lifesim game with a lot of content to explore. The protagonist should be female and you have ability to get pregnant. Pregnancy develops and impacts the gameplay somehow. Would be very nice if it has nice 2DCG visuals. I'm good with furry/neko characters. Searching forums stumbled upon Collars Rebirth, found it very nice. Marie's Adventure is good too, but it's a short demo and not completed. Are there any other games that fit my preferences?
