At the time I made the first couple ports, I didn't think anyone wanted to play these games with sound, because the ICSTOR games in particular mostly just have cheezy RPGMaker background music and tk-tk-tk door sounds.

Since then I've improved the emulator to do most sound, but haven't made a patch or re-release of any of the ports to incorporate it.
