rrostek is definitely not the best in terms of animation or graphic quality. But I don't know why I like what he does, you can recognize a rrostek video right away. He's not one of my top favorite artists but I think he really has his own style, and some of his videos are really cool!

It’s ridiculous and when you go on and sub to his stuff to view the full video it is nothing but pure disappointment. Nothing new happens. Same old loop. I fucking hate what it! A large majority of artist do this too and I’m getting tired of it. Might just start animating myself lmfao.

technically mp4 isn't one thing, its actually container for all sorts of video types and standards.
Having said that though the files distributed inside them are usually of high quality than webm. Webm is easier to use in websites (as the name suggests) and can compress video to smaller file sizes heling hosts save money. That compression comes at a cost of course.
