Really dumb question, I apologize, but does he make his models himself or get them from somewhere if anyone knows, I wanna try and get my hands on them if possible

No one knows for sure, only way to know would be to ask him directly.

My guess? He probably makes the bodies or modifies a pre-existing 3D model female body and adds his own details, shape and custom shapes. I think for the heads or faces of the models he probably grabs 3D models of the faces or bodies from the games themselves that someone ripped or faces that someone else sculpted and then modifies them to fit his own body models, i know some 3D artists do this to avoid fully recreating the faces, which can be a huge hit or miss and is very difficult.

But i'm just guessing.

morph probably custom but you could replicate or make something similar with guhzcoituz.
