Well,the high cpu usage is the more problem I met.
I got 16GB RAM but sometimes it will get black screen(100% cpu) after get caught in battle.
then i need to restart game,not just press F5.

Sorry but I don't know why this happen,maybe new bug?
If this is new bug u need to tell dev for fix.
I test the rar now and game is okay.

After i take deep look in the picture u post.
I realize you met the same problem as me.
This black screen show up when you run out your cpu or ram.
If I play this game and play Kenshi at same time,this will happen.(Same as I open 100+ plus google page and play this game.)
So plz check your cpu with task manager while game open ,u will saw same problem while run out cpu.
So i just simply close everything and just run this game then it's good to play.
But if this can't do the trick,then I don't know,good luck!

The dev said in discord they'll fix the lag next update, which should be around the 18th, specifically so it can run on 8GB PCs.

As far as I can tell there is only a single ending.
Beating the boss without having lost a single fight, or beating the boss with all your ero stats at lvl 4 gives you the same ending.

I download the new version and the game now starts in japonese. how do i change the language to english.

Bet the issue is the game is setting a ridiculous number of status affects, variables, and text all at once while also speeding though combat and the engine just can't handle it all at that speed.
IDK how to dismantle RPGmaker games, but if anyone were to make a mod to slow down or pause combat per enemy turn the game might not black screen.

I dunno what's happening on your end...
but I played the entire game without losing and never crashed.
Then I continued in the post-game free mode and started losing all over the place to enjoy the game's other aspects better. Not a single crash.
No lag, no slow downs, no problems.
Are ya'll on a potato or something?

Did you miss the part where I clearly said that I continued to play in Free Mode and started losing all over the place? To see the what the game had to offer? Because I did and I saw it all and I had all sorts of status affects and variables go off - and there weren't any problems.

Seconding this. It's really the only form of Mind Control I like. If you look under the Mind Control tag you can feel around for it but it's kind of hard to pinpoint. This keyword helps on dlsite: 常識改変 (change in common sense)
