Those files comes from the nwjs SDK, normally they shouldn't be there in the final build of a game, but eh, sometimes they slip through. They're not needed tho and you can safely remove them, they're not even executed when you start the game.

or fix it by yourself:
1) go to \ruled-by-rule\www\js\plugins\YEP_InstantCast.js
2) open it with text editor (notepad++)
3) on the line 516 insert next code:

Game_Battler.prototype.endInstantCast =

it will look like this:

Christ the graphics and lag on this game are just horrible. Even going to my settings to get the driver thing organized its still complete shit in that department, even just walking is lagged, let alone the actual combat, how do you fuck up the processing this badly, its not even a big game

You see... You don't actually need to repay debt to remove slave status. The option to remove only that status becomes available after losing a battle second time.
So that's what you basically need to do to get this:
1. Lose 1 battle, then remove all rules including slave stats
2. Lose 2nd battle, the option for that unlocks after that.
