Try PotPlayer, works well for me (made by some South Korean company)

The new Marie rose video is so heavy. It have over 200k bitrates. My old cpu i5 4590 is at 100% usage when playing the file and the video is so laggy. Is it because MPC player is bug or my PC is too weak?

Yes, you need a graphic card to run the vid. Convert it to 1080p.

try with MPCx64 or VLC

I did. Both window media player and VLC is still laggy. I ended up drop the video into Premiere pro and export it to 1080p. Work fine now.
