Maybe it was upscaled and interpolated by the user who shared it, some people do that instead of sharing the originals.

it's the same file as released by the creator, at least in this specific case.
If I ever upscale a video/picture myself I will let you know, the stuff I have uploaded so far have been source material (unless you count some pics that have been scaled down to make a thumbnail in some cases)
