Hello, I've been wondering if there is any walktrough for the recent patch? The only information I found is the guide back from 0.19 and a few unanswered questions in this thread, mostly years old.
Plotwise I choose every girl as romance option and I'm after a first few encounters with bandits, latest thing I did was sabotage their fuel and I can now go and repeat the scene with one-eyed girl. I also wonder how do I kick out Oscar? I don't wish to, but I didn't really see an option for that. Other than that I guess I should finish the pregnancy paths, choose different jobs (I choose Angela as doctor, Melisa as guitar player, Kira as another police officer and the robot as mechanic's helper) and few others things like I guess letting the plants rape the gardener and mindbreak paths of course. Also, is there any difference whether I chose John or Angela to cure Lucy? Other than that, am I missing something?
EDIT: I should also add that I used the fix for gallery and have everything unlocked. But I still want to play out every possibility and hear out the dialogue, so again, if there is something worth attention, please tell me.
Another edit: Is there any pros to picking just one girl other than, I dunno, roleplay? I'm not really into polygamy, but at the same I'm not willing to play this game more than 10 times or whatever, unless it unlocks any new scenes. Also, what does incest patch do really? Only a few changes in dialogue so you can call Angela "mom" or Kira and Melisa "sister"?
Oh, and my last question (I hope), can girls be pregnant more than once? I got some dialogue with Melisa that "we didn't use a rubber once already, why not try it again?" or something like that, but nothing came out of it.

First of all, I don't know who is better. I'm still playing and I haven't seen all the options yet, BUT I can tell you I didn't find any additional dialogue that this choice might have given. Altrough there is Angela in the brothel in the gallery so don't lose hope yet, but I'd say it's when you chose mindbreak path and order her to work in there, I will keep playing and maybe tell you more, we will see.
But if you are asking who would you chose from a logical standpoint, let me say that I chose Angela just based on a few facts. First is that she is a friend. I know John is a doctor too, but all we know about him is that his blood contains a cure to radiation or something like that, he seems to have good intentions, but at the same I'm not so sure, I prefer to give power to trusted people. Also, I think talking about a rash nearby vagina is more comfortable with another woman other than a man. And, um, well, maybe there will be additional scene where you stop her after inspection and offer her one too, I dunno, we licked Jay's pussy so maybe we will be able to lick Angela's, at least that was one of my ideas behind that choice lol.

I think at some point that Oscar should re-appear either by you locating him in a lab he discovered or built by himself so in case you missed the cure Lucy path it could come back, also to reassign jobs to the family so you can see other paths.

Dakka? I don't know what do you mean. But juding by your 2nd sentence, I guess you are talking about preparing to fight with bandits. I've got to say that I didn't find a way to advance beyond your first encounter, I waited weeks making every girl pregnant, but nothing advanced the plot so I gave up and started a new game.
BUT, if you are asking what I picked. I went with Kira, as you get an assault rifle. I know armor is nice too, but from what I remember you have only melee weapons or home-made pistol-like things, we need something solid and we've got a soldier that knows how to use a real weapon (Kira, but I guess Elin and Tom might know too). Other two options were a vest with Elin and I don't remember what with Tom, sorry. But I felt like vest is nice, but worthless if you don't neutralize the enemy, I'd prefer to prepare an ambush and use stationary defenses instead of carrying one. And you know, you have a ton of fighters under your command and just one of them is "protected", I again felt like AR would be more impactful, I prefer killing 3 people with one series other than giving one soldier a 2nd chance if he gets shot.
And about the trap. Barbed wire is nice, but basic. Also, given time you can cut through it. Also, two people suggested it. Human beings, and humans have flaws. I prefered to ask a robot, hoping she will analyze the situation and give me something better. And I do think that her trap is harder to neutralize and much more deadly.

I saw on the recent updates that you have a choice between how well you cure the spider woman. But you lose some of her abilities with some and then obviously lose certain scenes depending on what you choose. Why not just give her the ability to transform between her different forms and play it off as a side effect. Never fully cured, but she can transform into her full spider form when it is really needed. Almost like a werewolf, but instead of a werewolf, it's a werespider type deal. That way the MC can access all of the scenes, as well as not lose valuable abilities of the full spider form, aka the speed and strength that is lost on some of the transformations. Especially if that will make a difference to future battles.

Well, i killed her outright...so, lets hope creator will add second chance with newly born/grown up queen.
Whenever I click the incest patch in the OP it takes me to the latest post in the thread. Does that mean the patch isnt ready?

It seems that the recent Gallery Unlocker just crash instantly on recent version i.e. 0.29
so the solution i did was to use previous Gallery Unlocker version 0.28 and it works flawlessly
Here's the Gallery Unlocker and The Incest Patch :

I see, sorry, I'm not into Warhammer 40k too much. But yeah, we seem to agree on Assault Rifle being the most optimal choice.
I know why you are asking this, but at the same if everything is given on your first playtrough you have no reason to replay the game. The solution is not perfect, but at the same I think it's a nice way to convince player to take different routes with each playtrough.
You can chose one per playtrough. I mean, let's look at Kira, if you decide to romance her and assign her to work as another sheriff, you have no way of reassigning her to bodyguard job. And you have no way of getting mindbreak scenes.
From what I've seen the names don't matter. But I kinda agree, I'd love if at least one girl wanted to name her child. Or give their own propositions, but if you are not alright with them you can propose your own and it will be accepted.
You can totally not name them, if you don't want to make the effort. The game will progess just the same.
