Has potential, though rather than making it real-time, could have made it turn-based when moving around. Only making the fight real-time, where you have to chose when to block and attack.
Where the Green drake has balance style, Red focus on offense and Blue is defensive.

I, for one, really liked the game. Mostly because it is something new, something experimental.

However, I have some critic and some improvement ideas.

First, the controls. Just make them reconfigurable. I mean, you swing the sword from the right side of the screen by pressing the left A button and the right D button controls the shield? That is confusing.

Speaking of confusion, the tone is too dark for what we are doing. To soulslike. Would be fitted for a more brutal theme where sadness is part of the core game play. One of those Japanese horror / guro games for example. Here there is just a disconnect between us trying to swing deadly weapons onto dragonborn and softly kissing them.

Speaking of this, why is there not more to do with the dragonborns?

When you slay a dragonborn there should be some choice. Do I rape this dragon for a lot of health, or just molest it for some? Maybe I can drag it to some pillory in order to have a longer lasting relationship (it is the dark ages after all). To make this work, there should be a timer. You need to deal with the other angry dragonborns quickly or the slain enemy can not be lain. Although you could make that depended on the type. Like the green dragonborns stand around and fap while you rape their colleagues while the red ones still try to introduce you to the sharp end of their stick.

This could tie in into your defeat. Whomever you molested will form an angry line of dragons. Meaning, the more you raped, the more you will be raped.

Which brings me to my biggest point, the slow movement.

When you are defeated the game should not end. Instead, you lose some armor. With that, you become faster and more nimble. But also you loose max health and become more of a dragon slut. Meaning that in the end you do not only die in one hit, have no shield but also are unable to attack. Instead, you only preform cunnilingus on the dragonborns. Which means you are softlocked and this is truly the end.

This way the player starts on hard mode and gradually the game becomes easier till he hits spectator mode.

However I would not let him lay the final dragon, after all dragons have standards and you have to beat the game on hard mode.

To summarize:
-let us adjust the controls
-let us do more with the defeated dragonborns
-let us continue after defeat for a trade of between health and speed

I'm another one of those who can't render the game. just a black screen with the health/stamina bar on top. AMD card as well. (and win11)

For anyone with an AMD card that just gets a black screen with the UI, you need to update your drivers to version 25.9.2
Here's a link:

This is an issue that started back in august with version 25.8.1 and affects all Godot games that use vulkan and render 3d content

Quick guide for this janky game and the last fight. First, on the way through you can kill every normal enemy by starting your attack, walking into range as it finishes and then immediately walking backwards to avoid any follow-up hits. Secondly, on the blue ranged dragons you can just run at them and attack until they die, they rarely attack at melee range. Thirdly, you can run past most of them after the first gate room straight to the boss room. Fourth, pressing "S" on downed drakes heals you a bit.

As far as the boss itself, it's the only place parrying is actually effective. You can hit twice between each attack if you get the timing down. Parry the two fireballs and run at it's face for a free hit. Turn and run directly to either side whenever it goes to stand and you'll dodge any of it's standing attacks, but you can parry to be sure. If you hear it growl instead of hear the fireball sound you can turn back and hit it. Once you've hit it enough it goes down long enough to run around and hit it's dragussy once. After the first down, every one after is a bit longer so you can get 2 hits in. I think it only took 3-5 hits to finish?

Overall, the game is terrible to play. There's too long between your attack starting and being able to parry for it to be useful for any regular enemy except parrying the ranged attacks, no healing except a bit on downed enemies sucks and the boss bite attack is too quick to react to. Only finished it because I happened to find the boss room pretty quickly.

The game looks really cool, but I cannot with these controls. It'd be a lot better id you only had to deal with one enemy at a time.
