This BDSM genre is really intriquing but I have no knowlodge about, either through personal experience, literatures, movies or games. So, I am wondering if complete newbie can enjoy it?:unsure: Thanks.

I don't know where an official guide is, but you merely need to copy the game folder from the PC version and paste it into a Mac Ren'py game.

My process:
- Duplicate any Mac Ren'py game (just grab a light weight one you have saved somewhere)
- Rename the file name to this game
- Control-click the newly named Mac Ren'py game and select "show package contents"
- Traverse through the folders - Contents->Resources->Autorun
- Then copy-and-paste the game folder from the PC version into the Autorun folder in the newly created Mac Ren'py
- Replace all contents when it asks

This works 98% of the time :)

You will only find out if you try it, some love it and others hate it (BDSM that is)

Dude, come on. The game is literally about a woman who feels religious guilt. What the hell did you honestly expect from a game like this? It's about her either accepting herself while being at conflict with the upbringing she had (A story many people can relate to, in multiple places in the world) or trying to conform and fit in with the ideals she's been taught her whole life even if it'll make her unhappy in the end. I honestly don't know if your comment is ironic or not, because I sure as hell hope so, otherwise you're clearly not the brightest bulb in the lamp store.

Building a Mac version using the proper SDK is rather straight-forward. First, identify the version used by the game:
Bash: 
$ grep version_tuple renpy/__init__.py
84:    version_tuple = (7, 4, 10, vc_version)
If said SDK isn't already present on your machine,
You must be registered to see the links
it from the official site, start it, open preferences, and point it's project directory to the base directory you downloaded the Windows version to. This should lead to the game being shown under 'projects' (and works best if you download all Windows versions to the same directory).
Next, select the game in the main window's projects view and pick the 'build distributions' action. On the following screen untick the PC build package so only the Mac one remains selected. Hit build, wait, and done. Hope this helps!

I get it really. But as I mentioned in my post, it is overly wordy and preachy. It's just too much.

Get off the soapbox and tone it down. It's a porn game. No reason to give us a sermon. There's a time and place for it, just not here. No one wants to be preached at while they are trying to play a BDSM porn game lol.

Otherwise, like I said, the game is good. Writing is well done, and glad it's not engrish. Could use more renders though (thus the wordy mention, as you're reading just way too much before a new image appears. Felt like there was only 4 actual renders throughout the whole story).

Just the preaching needs to be toned down. I get her inner conflict with her surroundings and kinks (I won't say guilt, cause she doesn't seem to have any guilt at all about it lol), but it is just too much is all. A small tidbit to give players a quick idea about it is fine, but this just dragged on and on throughout the whole game. Like I said, no one wants to be preached at while trying to play a porn game. It's just needs to be toned down is all.

I don't think you quite get the premise of the game. It's telling us what the MC thinks, not what you should think. Her frustration with religion (particularly the brand she has been exposed to) informs all of her thinking, and if you can't relate to that, move on.

What is "preachy" to you is entirely reasonable to me. I've never understood why people so value highly distorted versions of Early Iron Age writings. A person who feels like me that is brought up and lives in a community built around those writings is of course going to spend a lot of time thinking about the dichotomy between her desires/dreams and what her community expects of her. She is an extreme case, to be sure, but there are plenty of RL examples of thinking like hers.

Nothing needs to be toned down in the game. Let the writer tell their story, and accept or reject it at your leisure.

Impressive writing and story build-up. Congrats to the dev for this intriguing and decent length initial release. And what about the current end, talking about cliffhangers... that's redefining them ;)
