All of them are missing.
Update:The game runs well on my Laptop, no bug at all. Could be some kind of prerequisite software my PC is missing?
So i did all the normal endings and the story endings but i'm missing the good endings.
The option doesnt appear.

Solo bad endings. The "Encourage" prompt won't appear until all 3 have been completed. To get a solo bad ending, the girl of your choosing must be rehabilitated first, but only 5 or 6 times of the 9 total rehab sessions.
More than that will get you stuck on the good ending branch. Less than and you run the risk of unlocking another girl's bad ending, depending on who was rehabilitated last the most often.

Nope mosaics are hard baked into the games images, without someone remaking the art, it will never get uncensored.

Not missing but a lot of standing portraits go unused, like this one:
This makes me think that we were supposed to get a Madame Venom without the grotesque futa dong. There are many other portraits like this missing/not used, there's Magical Girl Bad Lotion, Night charger in different states of undress etc.
I feel like we were supposed to get more out of this VN but something went wrong during development.

Yep. Not a rare occurence i suspect. Most games end up more or less straying away from what their devs first envisioned. It is what it is.
I don't think so. Her futa transformation is integral to both her character arc and the way she interacts with other girls. No penis growth would mean no Venom on Lotion/Charger rape, and no Masked Nympho reverse rape. These character dynamics do not feel like a last minute addition to me. As much i would have liked it otherwise, i've no doubt that Madam Venom was conceived as a futa from the start.
It's not Butcha-u first rodeo with dickgirls either. He likes to sprickle them here and there whenever he feels like it.

Check if you have the unupdated choice selection problem. Do you have a save like the one in pic 1? Same place, same choices? If yes, load it, rewind the dialogue a bit, then play normally. This should be enough to cause your missing good route option to appear in the middle. "Continue to observe in silence".
Man, this game is great. While most of it is run of the mill stuff, the fact that there's girls dominating guys by milking em dry and not just the usual dick wins stuff already makes it better. I wish the sexfight scene with the two ninjas actually led to more than just goblins appear. Best scene definitely between the two girls trying to fuck each other senseless. I hope we get more games like this.
