Honestly I'm not into hypnosis stuff generally because of a lot of reasons given, but I do find that it works well in situations where the 'target' is often "bad" (rate that how you will) and that the actual acts are still giving the characters 'some' agency (or said hypnosis is a lower inhibition type thing). Stuff I've liked with it:
1. Snow Daze: All characters are rough to the protag in some way, but most of the hypnosis given 'can' be broken if they aren't eased into it (you will actually fail at hypnotizing if they aren't pleased enough) and in fact the 'true ending' is basically hypnotizing yourself to push them the final way.
2. Lab Rats (mostly 1, 2 honestly doesn't have enough direct hypnosis/mind control to count since most stuff is more sandbox), all 4 characters are good but none of the stuff is direct mind control it just lowers inhibition. The only true 'mind control' that happens is when you are implementing fetishes later in the game, which mostly affects a couple endings/scenes and also relates to the impregnation endings (depending on if you gave them a breeding fetish or not)
3. There's a doujin done by Aiue Oka called "Bullied Revenge Hypnosis" (either buy on Fakku or look online at... other places...) where all 3 girls are the school bullies and the main girl is so bad that she basically has had people kill themselves (or at least got close to it). What makes the story interesting is that you actually mostly follow the main girl's perspective rather than the guy's, and she's hypnotized to be a dom while thinking she is taking advantage of him (which she would honestly do possibly, though not to this extent). It's interesting because you see just what kind of damage she enjoys causing other people and how much she scares other people, and it keeps teasing that she finds out about the hypnosis only for the guy to reveal that he's been tricking her in odd ways to really break her. The story ends where he undoes the hypnosis before sorta mind-breaking them into being his lovers... before regretting his decision at the end as they say they want more than he was expecting. I do think the after pages really help though, the artist talks with the main character and says "If this was a Visual Novel, you somehow got the golden ending, every other ending you'd die horribly" all while the main girl "ooohs" and "ahhhs" said deaths.
... I should also note that pregnancy is in all 3 and there are other fetishes there that caught my eye, but basically I like it when hypnosis things end where the hypnotized are: 1. Still themselves to some extent (not a total mind wipe, just them but sluttier/nicer or whatever), and 2. EVERYONE is happy at the end and in control of themselves to some extent.
*Edit: also the events of the stories take place over a few days at minimum and weeks/months maximum. Snow Daze is only 5'ish days sure, but Lab Rats and the doujin arguably take place over months (Lab Rats is 120 days and while it is tricky to tell how long the montage is regarding the doujin, it is long enough that all 3 girls are aware that they are pregnant as they were hypnotized into thinking that'd ruin the guy to have sex/get women pregnant and not be in love with him). I will also say now in this edit: yes, the fact that pregnancy is part of all of these hypnosis works arguably makes them worse because of the bodily agency already mentioned, except worse because pregnancy is a big deal/"what kind of environment will the children grow up in"... that's it, I'm acknowledging it. People be finding weird things sexy/justify it however they can, even though I tend to prefer as vanilla as possible in my stories.
