It looks like there was a May update on the dlsite.. maybe it would make the game run better idk
I downloaded the game from here, it really intrigued me a lot despite having played it for a few minutes

Guess nobody bothered to play this mess of a game so no full save. There's gotta be way to cheat to unlock the gallery somehow.
you can unlock the gallery right away, it's easy.
In the menu where there is the world map and you have to choose the level to play, there is the gallery option and then another option for unlock all sex scenes

scroll down/up until you find whole body, but it is there.
attached is save file with working sprite and full recollection. (save 1 is be ending of storyline, not needed to see recollection, and save 3 is at home where you can leave the map to get to the recollection).

buggy and tedious......... and had such great potential. still somewhat fun when its not bugged out.
use the arrow keys to go up and down, then have to select whole body with left click. Even keybinds are a mess on this one

Depends, what version do you have? On Corrected patch version above your post there's a a slider for breasts and the hip slider is the closest we have for butt. (pics below)

Have you downloaded the corrected patch in post as well?
You have to copy to game folder and choose yes to override files.
Remember, unless you see this heart on bottom left main screen patch is not correctly applied.
I applied the patch and it's still censored, I do see the heart icon with version 1.024 and the GUID string

I don't have idea about there are easy way to uncensored. If you know, announce to all that the how to.
I made plugin of uncensor.
It's BepInEx plugin. so need to install BepInEx. I used
#6xx is not compatible with 5.x plugins. (AutoTranslator is not working too)
Run game once. It takes some time.(first run only. BepInEx do downloads files and somethings)
Close the gaame.
Extract plugin to BepInEx\plugins folder.
Run game. enjoy.
This plugins may be not works on next game update.
'cause.. The game has source level encrypted.
I mod the functions with parameters. But parameters names are changed on next updated.('cause encrypt)
