Yea they deleted my post saying this game would be 5 star if not for the character design (for me anyway). But the game being too easy could easily be a criticism. Really needed a hard mode or something with some rebalancing for that mode.

yeah I purposely left my attributes low for the Chap 1 Tournament, for an interesting time rythm combat system with a bunch of statuses, it sure lacked difficulty or punishment. But then again, doesn't waste time either, still such a clever combat design feels a bit wasted

I'm having some kind of issue where I can't talk to people with an exclamation mark. I face them and press enter, z, space, and every other button, and nothing happens. I can't progress the story.

Not an issue, you need to talk from the side, not in front of the person.
Yeah, it's poorly intuitive when the items are taken from the front.
