Not trying to be rude to, It's already answered this in the thread and I don't want to repeat it again and again anyways.
Once Kirari and Gufu Ending is seen, and you have the 4 Petal form Side-Quest CH3, the 5th petal will show up in the Chapter Select Room, It's glowing.
In that 3rd Hunting Area, you can get via Ninja outfit to jump in incacessable part of the map
Bonus: While you have the maid outfit go to the Tea house and the NPC there will give you the Book for Angel Outfit

Because you keep answering a question I'm not making, I'm not asking how to get the 5th petal, I'm asking how to do the steps BEFORE that
The other two endings, I only released the left jizo statue and the other two are still blocking access to the petal

You can't GET RID of it. You can only collect to much when doing Lewd stuff and when it starts affecting you need to talk to Gufu to remove the collected Heartache.

Every time you fight an enemy in one of the exploration/hunting maps, you reduce your heartache by a bit. If you have too much of it, you get heartache sickness which you need to cure by sparring with Gufu.

you should get a sidequest in chapter 2 for unlocking a door and this gives you a key to unlock a house in the city center where you can refight bosses
There is 3 ways to get rid of heartache !!
1- medicine: heartache cure !
2- talk to gufu like you said when its high enough !
3- each time you kill a monster heartache decreases by 1 !

get the item Yamada when attacking the castle in chapter 3 !
fight and win against the 3 ghosts to get blue, green and red rice cakes to forge phantom N.25 and equip it !
be with sakura and suzu in the party and she should show up in the gallery even before you drink the tea if not you need to finish all 4 endings and then she will show up !
