Ending SS? I look at the guide and only see endings: O, B, S. How do I unlock this SS Ending?

Ending SS is the Epilogue. It is unlocked once you've gotten all three endings. When you play as Suzune in the chapter select level, destroy the last Jizo Statue and follow it until you reach the Gizmo which will prompt you to find three radios. Once done, complete the instruction quoted above and return to the gizmo afterwords.

This is a rare good game, honestly extremely well made.
I think my only major complaint is that the story is so intriguing that at some point you go from hard to soft and then hard and back to soft, it's nuts.
You think this is a silly hentai game and then suddenly someone's arm gets cut off, someone gets beheaded, you fly into the universe and turn back time, it's pretty wild.
On one hand I really think this tramples on the mood, but it's really interesting on the other hand. I like this game a lot so far.
