Came across a small bug(?). In the border town, there these wooden(brown) lots or spaces. You can step into them but not step out. The only exception is the one near the entrance with it already having a bar and a few other assets on it.

Not officially, but I've heard some mixed results with joiplay, so you could try that.

According to Fast travel map it should be after the Church of Alicia, but the path goes no where...

Ok I downloaded the update only version, it does not work for me, had to download the hole game and not the quests start. Cheers!
