Can't understand what kind of scenes am i missing when i look at the map. Like the level icon often shows that i haven’t collected all the scenes on the level, but when i check the level itself again, i can’t find anything new that i missed before. Is this a bug, or does it make sense to replay levels after unlocking some new possibilities?

It's probably just some of the scenes you already got but at different breast or ass sizes.

This game could've really done with Positive/Negative instead of Yes/No buttons. Because sometimes she asks something like "do you mind _", and Y turns out meaning "I don't mind" and not "Yes, I do mind", but then later when she asks another yes/no question, yes now means the negative outcome. It's flip-flopping too much on what Yes means to be a reliable input.

Yeah, now that I think about it, the dialogue doesn't seem like it was written so that that Yes/No answers would make sense. It seems more like there used to be player dialogue written out, possibly without choices, and then replaced with Yes/No later. Is that what happened?

Yeah they said that in the discord. Also, I heard my friend, who heard it from his cousin's brother, who heard it from his girlfriend's husband, that there MIGHT be an announcement sometime this month.

if you want to level up diving skill you should farm food to max in Sinking Cavern, for tish ending just give her tip (money) and say yes to every conversation as far as I can remember.
