Just download the 2.0 update version. The save files have not been updated yet.
A quick hint for launching the game: you will have to remove the English.JSON from the languages folder in order to get the game running (see screenshot; I just cut and paste the file out), otherwise the game will be launched in English and it crashes later, and it is impossible to be changed back to Japanese in the config menu (I tried it and it returned error).

What is the point in buying the game if its in JP, that I dont understand, after all I want to understand what is going on, I dont want to simply watch the pictures

No. The EN language file is still a broken one. You can only run it without error in Japanese.

Because I bought it last year when it released (paid 1K yen/$10 less). Who knows when Kaguya game will release it? And I still enjoy watching the hentai scenes and animation clips even I don't fully understand Japanese (watching anime for a decade allows me to understand 40% of the content just by listening to the dialogue

Well with this update, you got 10 more animation clips for the fourth character (Mei), 120 more new CGs, including new pregnancy and birth CGs for Momo and Kinako. Enough for me to enjoy my weekends for the rest of the year. They also update the combat system, which I don't care that much.
