For those wondering how to unlock gallery here it is. Turns out I accidentally unlocked the whole gallery when I applied the Kagura patch because I turned this setting on.
Like Come ON who the hell would know that "Force open extra menu = unlock full gallery"

Yes. The steam version is R13. No H-content. If you want the R18 content, you must download the patch.
They do now that the game is fully translated and uncensored finally so you can understand the plot and how character driven it is like ideology in friction

This is a VN in the form of an RPG. So, if actual narrative - story, characters, etc. - are your thing, then "yes and yes".
On the other hand, if all you want is porn - you are likely to be annoyed by the time you get to it. Not that it is difficult to get to (if you know how), it simply never takes center stage unless you go for the route focusing on that.

So how broken is this release. Is it worth starting now, or should I wait 2 weeks for them to put out 3 patches and still not fix everything?

Well, the first broken thing is that Kagura is hosting their ~7Gb patch on a potato that can barely give out few kb/s, so good luck even obtaining the game initially. Don't have the game to test yet, but I fear that Kagura can fit quite a few bugs in all those gigabytes. When has a KG game not been a shitshow on launch? Trust your gut.
The funny part is that once someone manages to get a hold of the files and uploads it here, it's going to be easier to just download it from here rather than buying it legitimately from KG...
Are you guys trolling? Their patch is hosted on GDrive, which gives me my full download speed. Do you just have bad internet or something?

a mod on the kagura games discord said that they plan to release a translated walkthrough some time this week.
