Was Sana with you the entire time? even avoiding enemies that supposedly would fuck her otherwise, and if she wasn't with you the whole time, how did you fuck Rose and the prostitutes? was it while she wasn't with you? and if so, are you sure she wasn't getting some while you were with Rose and the prostitutes?
I ask because I want to know what to expect at times in the game

Technically speaking she's with me about 95% of the time. Later on after you bang her at your house, she immediately go to sleep hence leaving the party and you have to add her again in the morning so it's unavoiable. I made sure she's sleeping everytime i went to the brothel or to Rose or even to the inn, if someone else was to fuck her at those times i doubt the game would hid it from you with this game being hardcore ntr and all. I didn't take the fucker Sabu with me on any mission at all and i avoid the cheat code thief who would 1 hit ko both of us and then rape Sana. Sometime i saw her at Rose's bar sitting next to Sabu the fucker and if i talk to her there, a scene will play with Sabu playing with Sana's cow tits so i avoided the scene entirely.

I think she'd only go around fucking the whole town if you let her frustration and horniness become too high which is not the case to me since i bang her regularly and even buy the pill which lower her horniness by 10 each time it reached 10. Perhaps a playthrough of you only banging Sana and no one else might give different lines at the end, this being hardcore NTR game, I'd still like to believe it has a pure ending with Sana, but the part where you mentioned about Sabu playing with her tits in the bar makes me think he has been fucking around with Sana regardless if the game wants you to see scenes of it or not, it must be a way of saying Sabu and Sana are together in the bar, he plays with her tits, she lets him but questions herself about it or I don't know, chicks with Sana's low brain cell count have that logic in anime and these games in general but as I was saying about them both being in that situation in the bar must be a way of the game saying, they been fucking around behind your back, unless there is a way for you to stop that (not avoid) but stop it from happening she might be telling you that Sabu is the father, even though you been fucking her non stop, which I hope is BS but I wouldn't be surprised with the story, but maybe if you played through with only Sana being your one and only hole and see if it yields a different result at the end

Bringing her around when she is frustrated can create a few scenes, the neighbor who studies will ask to borrow her for awhile and get a bj then have sex with her if she is frustrated. Otherwise she says its not wise, and you agree. Some of this also depends on her lewdness level, the bottom number. The little kid running around by the sheriff's office also gets a scene if her horny level is 100, eventually fucking her nipple, otherwise she swats him away after he gropes her tits.

I forgot Sabu and the healing, so yeah, if you want to avoid NTR don't add him to the party. When you do have him, and your levels are high enough he will be able to heal you by playing with her tits, using his skill to give her HP or MP through a bj and/or titfuck, as well as restoring her to life from being KO'ed by fucking her. At times he can also fuck her for other points as well if her frustration/horny level rises.

Still working out the Sanpin scenes as he is not in his house every night, and I think these scenes depend on Sana's lewd level, so far I have scene the titfuck and fuck scenes with him, but not the one that allows me to steal stuff.

I'm more curious about whether she got anything else to say during her pregnant period since even tho i avoid netorare the best i could and pretty sure haven't trigger any ntr scene in my save file and impregnate her in our house... visiting her at the hospital she still mumbling that the child might not even belong to my character. I mean how the heck does that even work? I trigger absolutely no ntr event so the only conclusion i could come up with is that since this is a hardcore netorare game, that's the only line she got to say. Regardless of what you do she doesn't have any dialogue indicating the child is your at all lol.

Hardcore NTR games like this would benefit greatly with both sides if they had a pure route built into them,all the NTR sex scenes and such are good and all, the art is sexy, but coming from someone who doesn't like NTR story wise, it gets annoying with this type of MC and love interest,if you've played Itjazura Prank War then you know what type of MC and love interest personalities I'm talking about, however Sana is a little smarter than the wife from Itjazura Prank War so at least there's that, but from that ending where she tells you the child might not be yours is BS from how this game tricks you into believing that you are on a pure route where Sana doesn't open her legs to every male in town, you keep her away from all that, satisfy her needs, only to be met with the child might not be yours, SHE! somehow knows something you don't, she is basically telling you throughout your struggle to keep her loyal, shes fucked someone else or more than one person since it isn't mentioned who might be the father, so since its an NTR game I'm guessing its implying some hidden sex went on with her behind the scenes when you're not home with her which brings me back to that brainless logic these characters have,I'm just venting at this point, but at the end of the day, the art is great, the sex scenes are hot, the story is...alright...could be better from how long it is, I swear games like this have the potential to be some of the greatest NTR games for both sides who like and dislike NTR, just need to change some things up

As far as I know, she is only loyal to a certain point, I haven't gotten very far yet since I pace myself in these kind of games and I'm playing more than 1 at the same time, unless you play a different way, I don't know what happens if you only fuck her throughout the game yet, or what happens when you fuck her and other ladies on the side without her knowing, or if she is able to find out and decides to spread her legs for the first male she sees in front of her, so far I can see this game having 3 replay ability times since 1 can be full NTR, the other can be trying out a pure route with just her, and the other can be you fucking every girl and Sana
