Make sure Sana allows you to have unprotected sex with her. (Eventually when you go to bed together, you'll have an unprotected sex event)

If she got pregnant after that but it still didn't trigger, buy a pregnancy item from the shop and have casual sex with her again. That should work.

It's a common problem. Even with the "old" patch.

On another note, I tried to play this game.. but jesus I quitted almost immediately: it's too "open world" and just like the other game doesn't really tell you that much about how to obtain scenes or something (in fact even the other I quitted almost immediately after opening the game). I mean, I don't want to be pampered but at least give some hints or something.

Shouldn't crash anymore during the scene with the farmer, and I also added 4 translations during the battle.
They occur when: Hero -50% HP / Sana -50% HP / Sana 0 HP / Sana with 100+ frustration (Sabu has to be in the party)

As long as you always keep her as a companion and have sex with her it should keep her with you, though you would also need to avoid taking the deputy with you on missions. Much of his content is with getting Sana restored with HP and MP through sexual situations.

What da hell? I thought this game had the option to prevent netorare by being near Sana 24/7 but the damn thief that i beat easily at the forest go into town, turned on cheat mode and 1 shot both of us then proceed to fuck Sana. I'm fine with most of the scenes about being cucked as long as i could avoid them. Now it's forced then fuck that. Or i'm i doing something wrong? Can i avoid that cheat code fucker or is being cucked mandatory to progress with the story? Speaking of story how exactly do i progress here? I've done the slime and cerberus quest but they're still there so i asssume that doing other quest is not mandatory since they're just repeatable anyway.

you can avoid the thief guy by not beating him 3 times, he will never spawn in the city then.
and you have to do all quest to progress.

Still at the end after the message said that Sana got pregnant with my child and got sent to the hospital, visiting her there she mumbled that the child might not be mine as if i went for the ntr route and let her fuck the whole town. That seems to be the only pregnant line she has, this game doesn't want you to have a happy ending doesn't it lol.

Was Sana with you the entire time? even avoiding enemies that supposedly would fuck her otherwise, and if she wasn't with you the whole time, how did you fuck Rose and the prostitutes? was it while she wasn't with you? and if so, are you sure she wasn't getting some while you were with Rose and the prostitutes?
I ask because I want to know what to expect at times in the game
