Not sure what you're comparing this to, there's like only two other adult games that I've seen make meaningful progress similar to regular indie developers, and they're an exception. Most games take much longer to make with a small team, especially if they're in a niche subgenre like this one is. And that's not even considering the ones that get abandoned. I get that progress has been slow, but $13 isn't that bad, especially if you just cancel your membership after getting the build you want.View attachment 4093501

I wonder what will be in the demo (the first world made by 20% and 10 monsters?). In short, this is so far one of the most brazen works that I have ever seen.
This can only be called a game in ten years (and only possibly a demo with the first world with 20 monsters).

Imagine, a video game that is more than the models inside and the animations. There are sim elements that require interative work. Meaning we build it, see if it's fun, then change it if it's not. We rebuilt the game 5 times before we found the "game" and this game we have been building since v016 or basically 8 patches. Turns out there are very little games to draw inspiration from dead rising being about the closest version and even then their photography elements are loose at best.View attachment 4093501

We are aiming for November. Only if we get everything built by that point. If not Feb 2025 is the next window.steam release planned for november, with familiarity (creatures don't run away) patch first

If you don't think it's worth the money they that's okay. Vote with your wallet, but don't kid yourself saying you'll be buying anything considering where you are writing this.

Could just be brain fog, but I vaguely recall placing down 'sex markers' or something like that and actors would snap to them?

Yeah narh, because I remember this part in particular.very very user un-friendly,bad controls.
On paper it was amazing, let the user pose the girls how they wanted and then they just hump away until they get the urge. But in reality, it was horrible UX and the user had to work to set up sex scenes every time they wanted to bang. It did not feel right, and the more we built the game the more it was clear we had to take agency away from the player in all systems to make the game "feel" correct. I remember battling with moving IK limbs to orient themselves based on the user camera and mechanical inputs. Even seasoned animators need multiple viewing angles to do that during animation work, let alone trying to do it in a video game.Yeah narh, because I remember this part in particular.
I grabbed it on itch (it's on sale) so i'll just wait for v.23
I remember this game being around for some time so i decided to give it another try and this is what i noticed
- When exiting a menu there is a high chance that the player becomes stuck and you are forced to alt+f4
- Saving the Game is not explained
- Cliffs have invisible walls most of the time for no reason other than forcing you to take the long route instead of being able to just jump off from them even if in some cases you can
- Photo score makes no sense since even if I follow the tutorial i get an F for a photo then a B+ for the same pose same angle and zoom
- Actions are saved incorrectly in most cases. There is a quest where you have to take a photo of a bunny drinking but the action i saved as "eating" even is the girl is literally sluping water with her head instead of "pick and bring to mouth" animation
- You can't disable futa spawn because reasons. So play as a female character if you don't like futa on male action
