Anyone knows how to recover or starts with more than 10 willpower?, in the old version there where skills to do that.

In the old version there was a lot more than what we have now... In other words theres nothing.
If you're speaking of 1.6 and 1.7: willpower is now a countdown mechanic before being given a loss, in order to prevent stalling combat. You can increase the maximum by losing to specific boss and then equipping a "fetish" that increases it by 2 points.

I came back after having enjoyed 0.15, hoping to have found an update. It's such a shame, yet all too common for the few interesting porn games out there to get abandoned from a hopeless dev.

It's on-hold indefinitely, which is just a nice way to say abandoned. A different game is being worked on, current 0.17 version can be found for free on itch.io.

I played it but, it is so hard just like the previous version. I only get 10 health and the enemy can do an attack that surpasses my health. I am just playing the good old 15.1, much better than these.

Based on the comments, I believe the game will be paused/cancelled soon.
And this is a common pattern that I have noticed over the years, when the game goes too far out of the norm, has very elaborate graphics, very convoluted mechanics, complexity of gameplay. The game usually doesn't reach the end, I see that the developers want a large world of variety, but underestimate the work and time that this will require.
It's a shame, this game really differentiated itself from the others, and because it differentiated itself, it ended up becoming too heavy a boulder to carry.
The great irony is that most differentiated games follow the same fate.

its the opposite. it WAS different then the dev desided to turn the game into an VN, like 90% of the game here...

Tickler has a 50/50 chance to oneshot you each turn, dodge and daze dont do shit to him
Edit : you need to turn on the cheats for aphrodisiac nuke or something, then he wont deal damage to hp but willpower instead.
Still lame I'm forced to cheat to progress in this garbage.

Yes it was different but even back then it didn't feel like the dev knew where it should lead to and how to get there.
Which is a shame because I did like the original gameplay and setting etc.
