looks like whole family are batshit crazy - dad was self-destructive profligate, mom have split personality, sister is psychotic sociopath and MC is schizophrenic with paranoid tendency
bad genetics with history of inbreeding? dad and Robert (who also crazy) are brothers (organ compatibility fits) and Miriam their sister? would make sense why everyone so fucked up

Is the "rape" genre tag due to the rape in story Janine read w/ MC beside her or is there actually a rape event in the actual story?

pretty sure there is a scene where you rape the mother too tho might be more considered sleep sex for the tags on this site I forget exactly how the scene plays out

yeah but he was asking if there was anyone else besides the sister which is why I replied the mother cause from what I recall of the mother there was a sleep sex scene or she was faking it I forget either way id still consider that rape.

Edit o I thought he mentioned the sister but he mentioned another character guess I brain farted on the name

About the baby stuff, the only thing we can hope when Janine has the baby it's a girl, so there is another girl for the Mc to do stuff with later.;)

When Mc is a older guy and the daughter becomes 18 or older then she free game at that point lol, but we can only hope the game last that long to see the kid grow up unless the dev. pulls another crazy thing by doing the whole x years later to skip to when everyone is older to rush along the story if the dev. Even keeps the kid apart of the game. Most devs do pregnancy stuff near the end of games to not have to deal with the extra rendering of the kids growing up etc. or the woman has the kid but is hardly seen or talked about after.

This post is controversial and should be viewed as such because:
  • I previously shared additional thoughts alongside my critical (some say hating) review of Sassy Girl. My goal was never to diminish the worth of the product, just to shine my opinionated light on it. I also did a bit of theorycrafting to figure out how the story would be able to connect, but I now realize that is not in good favor. I have removed the worst parts of it, but mostly annotated it so you understand this is simply within my head and never an expression from the developer.
  • I referred to the first scene as 'shitty dream' because it held no direct correlation to anything thereafter. As of 0.4.17, there is an event that sort of correlates which pulls the scene back into existence.
  • I stated the dev didn't do the homework to make a better story overlap happen. That's a toxic statement and I apologize for it. The developer rather chose to keep things absurd and not link story parts in succession, leaving things up for interpretation. Just know it was done by design and I should have asked if it was by design before I drew a conclusion. I didn't think someone would actually prefer a less logical story choice, but this is by design of the developer.
Two days ago I asked about this game. I finished it this morning. Showered, tried to get my thoughts together. What the fuck, dev? Have I been imagining I liked the continuity of the game story when I started playing it? Things seems disconnected now and not because of the dark story angle.

My review is up! (The original review has been updated with a better one, same core issues but a better understanding of what the developer wants)

:unsure:Thanks! Just completed hypnotized Janine sex event. However, MC told her he would fuck her if successful so is that still rape if she went along w/ being hypnotized? It's like his consent prior to and she didn't rebel knowing prior to being hypnotized.

I'm pretty sure Janine was faking being hypnotized. Right before she passes out she calls the MC by his name instead of 'my lord' which is what she was calling him after he 'hypnotized' her. It was more roleplay than rape. I think the rape tag is only there because of the scene with Josephine but even that is more blackmail than straight up rape. I mean, technically, blackmailing someone into having sex of you is a form of rape but they are separate tags for a reason.

Gotcha! I'm not at that point in the story yet, but I got the spoiler earlier w/ my rape inquiry and "the sister rape" response. Just found out the news of Mariam being biological mom and put two & two together.

I'm pleasantly surprised. Interesting game. The DEV's lack of screenwriting experience is noticeable, but not critical. Overall, a fascinating story.
