This looks like a NTR game.

They are all correct, taking into account that:
-The name is not "conquering my childhood friend" but "saving".
-In the previous images there is a disappointed black man when you go with the girl.
-This says "make bad decisions" when you don't save her.

I think it's clear that this is going to be ANOTHER game where you spend more time babysitting the girl and blocking other people's cocks than enjoying the girl... maybe I'm wrong but unless the dev clarifies this is almost a made... so I pass.

EDIT: And the dev has just confirmed it, this is going to be another typical NTR with a boring route with the MC having the crumbs, at least this is clear in the first version, imagine if it was put in 5 more updates, now hard pass.
