I imagine you could still put out exclusive renders for patrons, without having to package it with an update. Ditto for showing off your work, you wouldn’t need to go radio silent for 12 months. You could still post dev blogs and the like showing off the work being done.

It doesn't answer my first point - there are quite a few that want frequent updates, and don't want to wait. And again - those who want a once-in-a-year bulk update can just visit whenever they like.
Also, the "feedback" part needs the conversation.

But I suppose the question that really comes to mind based off what you’ve said is, how much of the story here have you actually mapped out? Do you actually have a narrative, character arcs and clear progression you want to take it all in, or is it more of a vaguer concept that’s much more fluid and changeable? Like, you’ve said that the next update will feature Paula and the MC having “The Talk” and but do you have an exact idea what’s going to happen, say, 3-4 updates from now?

The main branches are already boxed out - including the end game. Parts of the story are even written here, in previous pages.
Many things along the road, though, will be fleshed out as we progress - especially as far as secondary characters go.
The next two updates are already fully scripted.

I will not "force" anything unless it's essential to the story.
The only thing that the player can't change is the history of the characters until the separation of Paula and Dick.

Again, PLEASE, don't change things in the future and make us loose control over our choices. Personally, I don't like sharing (especially the women from the household). Nothing against those people that want to see something else in-game. If the request is high, I get it to put stuff like that in, but please let us make the choice. And the routes also (I very much like a "purity" route so to speak, at least with the fam. members) so... please keep that in mind.

There are things that will not find their way in the game regardless of requests - sharing is one of them.
I hate sharing.
NTR is different - it's called "loosing" in the game, but it is driven by choices so players can choose to go there.
Sharing, on the other hand, has no purpose in the game, so it's not an option.

Also a question: I see that you added harem as a tag. Will you create 3somes, 4somes etc scenes between the fam. members... as a "big, happy family" thing, you know?

Well, it's not a family by default, but any combination of MC and ladies is a fair result.

How that goes depends very much on Paula's feelings and decisions in the bathroom scene.
