No, the MC and the player doesn't think anything. They know what they are from the start beacuse they are not treated like idiots, they don't need useless info rubbed in their faces that they can be inferred on their own.

If there is a mom in the game, you don't need to see how the kid was conceived, or be told how many others have creampied her before, or after the kid was born to know she is not a virgin.

If a girl says she likes doing it in a sex position, you understand she is experienced, you don't need to show, or hear her reminisce about how many times she has been fucked in that position.

A few reasons, really.

First, there are people to consider - mainly the paying members who prefer more regular updates, as well as having some say in where the game is going. Also, they get some extra renders - not in-game images - and so on. It is by no means enough, in my opinion, and they deserve more, but I at least should do what I can.
Those who prefer bulky one-year updates and so on can simply visit whenever they like, so they don't really get hurt.

Second, despite what's going on here right now, I genuinely enjoy and learn from the community - I do take into consideration the ideas and input from some of the comments here, which improves my game and me, as an artist.

Third, and not the least, I like showing off, sometimes.

I imagine you could still put out exclusive renders for patrons, without having to package it with an update. Ditto for showing off your work, you wouldn’t need to go radio silent for 12 months. You could still post dev blogs and the like showing off the work being done.

But I suppose the question that really comes to mind based off what you’ve said is, how much of the story here have you actually mapped out? Do you actually have a narrative, character arcs and clear progression you want to take it all in, or is it more of a vaguer concept that’s much more fluid and changeable? Like, you’ve said that the next update will feature Paula and the MC having “The Talk” and but do you have an exact idea what’s going to happen, say, 3-4 updates from now?

I admit I was a bit surprised, as well.
We are not new to forum commenters, but this was still new to me.
Until I saw how many of the worst comments are by "new members," or by those who post only on this game, and not anything else.
So, my guess is that:
1) Some of them are old commenters who are too ashamed - even while anonymous - to say shit that is easy to see are lies. Like those who claim to have played the game and finding NTR in it - while complaining there is no sex in it, as well. Now, I know that many people here like defining NTR as they see fit (and wrongly), but I think having sex is a pre-requisite of any definition.
So, they run off and create a new user so they can shit on.
2) Some want to have people agreeing with them, so they create new users and then have those liking their posts, having conversations with them and so on.
It's easy to find those, by the way, since you see a "new member" liking another "new member" and then commenting on how the first "new member" is right.
Nothing we haven't seen in other places, but dangerously pathological.
3) Some are simply jealous - especially the one who was frustrated that this game actually makes 500-800 dollars, and started calling me names.
4) Some are professional haters - they hate anything that isn't exactly themselves. Lacking that, they would eat their own faces, so I'm glad me and others here are providing them an escape from their miserable existence.
5) Some genuinely hate my game. And have very extreme views about it. And need some change to their medication.

Author!!! If they say about your game "it doesn't matter whether it's good or bad" it's already an achievement. It means that more and more users are paying attention to it. And criticism, it should be present in everything LIVING. Just do what you love and don't pay attention to negative comments.
