I don't disagree the daisy fuck was handled badly by not including an option for it, it wasn't even written in as a way to active her powers which they have said is tied to for the mc. Now daisy's relationship was at a much more developed state than with amber, (bro/sis love to bfgf love vs interest/like stages), so at this point I would consider him fucking anyone else behind daisy's back cheating on her, which unfortunately was a forced situation. Although we know she's much more open for multiple relations and even threesomes (Robin), but again not everyone wants that.
I know everyone will have their own personal lines drawn for each situation, I was just trying to provide another perspective on it all.
No both times are not optional, the points are only for whether or not you get to cum in her, you will still have sex with her at 0 relationship points. And yes it should have also been optional.
At the end of the day, the dev is telling their story, and probably has reasons for these forced scenes to affect future content, we can't always expect every game to be cut and dry we the pick one girl we want and that's all we focus on. But yeah.. optional is always better...

Well this is the conflict here, where and how exactly do you define this interest? the moment you laid eyes on them? first time you smiled at each other? when you asked them out? the first time you tell you like them? when you tell them you love them? when the dick or fingers enters a hole?
Like I said everyone will have their own personal levels to these definitions. For Amber's situation, they obviously like and are interested in each other or they wouldn't be having sex, but they haven't had the actual talk about the emotional part to be serious, they haven't decided and agreed to be exclusive, and there is where I draw the line between a casual or intimate relationship.
In Daisy's or even Vanessa's case they already love the mc, that emotional part of the intimate relation has been checked off, and now Daisy has completed the physical side of it which is why I probably would consider having sex with anyone behind her back as cheating now. Something a lot of players do in these games and don't even bat an eye about mind you, especially those pursuing the harem.
Whether anyone agrees with that or not is up to them, I'm not saying anyone is wrong in wherever their lines are set, up to that person to figure out what's comfortable to them.
