I'm trying to refine this, so it's not very clear, sorry. Most likely, you need to visit Alistra, try to break the spell, do all her dialogue, then ask Auronia and Ishaye to visit her. Then, you will be able to visit Lilian and propose her to visit Alistra.

Yes, my artists come and go. On the main menu, Whitemane & Abbendis were created by "Howard", a great artist that left the project. Auronia is drawn by "Piccolo", a new artist. reinstalling game worked and starting over from day 1. when i tried to save b4 it was after doing the chapter selection and going through that.I have never saw this error message before.
