goddamn grinding 30k for rita quest is insane amount of grind.

right. screw that. I am done grinding. using URM to give myself a million dollars. (variable name "money")

also wtf was even the flashback with her and the princess when buying her. it made no sense at all for her story.
laurette was suddenly a swordswoman, who goes out to fight giant spider monsters alone, and rita grew up alone as a witch in a village that hated her... what? no she didn't. she was raised by a loving father until being taken in by her loving sister and raised in a top tier magical clan in the capital. (in the current reboot at least)

the weirdest part is that he used to be much more mature before the reboot.
the reboot fixed a lot of plot holes and issues.
but also made the MC much more childish, stupid, perverted, and stereotypical

you do finally fuck mom again though. estalla is being taken much more slowly than the other characters.
currently you get to intercurial with her

i remember the og game being good. i remember liking it and the writing quite a bit. have to wonder why it got rebooted at all if it has been mostly a downgrade

The generous interpretation:
Dev had a bunch of plot holes pointed out to him and said he just writes whatever without any plans.

Like, remember Rita the fire mage? she was initially a serial killer bully who literally killed 7 rando girls for the lulz as part of her bullying. But later he tried to make her sympathetic character.
So, dev genuinely fixed those issues.

The critical interpretation:

so he rewrote everything to fix plot holes (instead of rewriting the existing dialogue, because that is a thing devs can do) and made everyone worse written? that is fucking hilarious, give me plot holes over shit writing. there's a reason jojo's community defends the plot holes to death (me included), and that's because it's actually really well fucking written

He also took out all the porn and has been drip feeding it back in very slowly.
