Yes same process. Just move patch files into game folder and replace all.

Well I made a cheat save file for anyone that wants the new game plus items for their first playthrough. The gallery isn't unlocked but the gacha is completed so whenever you finish the game the first time you can just do the Saki minigame, I also made it to where your phone shouldn't drain any battery either if it works properly (If it doesn't I put in the max amount of SP you can have to charge it at the station).
Where do I get the patch files from and how do I move the patch files to the game folder and replace them all?
I'm new to pc games please help, I would really love to play this game

For me the translation is good. It is not MTL but using ChatGPT TL.
So the quality is almost like proper TL.
