I saw the update earlier today but I just realized that it's called "Pregnancy Activities" oh my God that sounds amazing. Oyama got her pregnant in his route in the first game. I wonder if that'll end up in this one, also, I wonder who else will be a lucky man...

No, the author decided to make another additional DLC about the older sister and now the game will be released in 2026 in the summer. It remains to wait a little longer.

I believe he's implying that there are more scenes than the previous game and I guess the feeling of ntr would be stronger? Probably MC would have dialogue about it, hopefully at least.
if you take his word for it yeah, his promise was this summer, but barring that yeah I think this year is possible
