It appears to be a Mod of The Current or Last ROTK game. You can have 3 wives and this person seems to have moded the games files and replaces the spirtes of the avatars he married with the characters from the games other posters mentioned.

ROTK (Romance of The Three Kingdoms) is a classic strategy game series, I think its this one

People replace the avatars with custom ones, you will have to how if you are interested but that is all there is to it. Its not a hentai game and you will be disappointed if you expect it to be one.
IMHO ROTK11 is the best one, its turn based and really beautiful

Technically, I believe Ambrosia has been on Kagura's list longer than Summer Color, but its still ridiculous how long its taking to get a proper translation.

Everyone knows this at this point, but also everyone knows that they announce new projects more than they can release their translations.


Seriously, look at their backlog. it's probably the reason why they release new translated games faster than my dead dog.
This is why every time I see an announcement from kagura that they are translating a new game that like, I die a little inside.
