What is this tendency event even suppposed to be they introduced someone to me and the quest said that i have to be in my room at night. Dude says this and now coyote club tendency tab says there is no events. Did i miss something

Tendency Event wasn't fully completed. Next Update will bring it to completion & similar to Club Events, exp to next level is gonna take place.

So how do i raise Coyote past lvl 8 , since it asks for Rachel lvl 1 , but to talk with Rachel ya need Hawk lvl 5 , but to get Hawk lvl 5 ya need Coyote lvl 9 , this makes no sense to me
