I've went through this thread a couple of times, tried to do some refined searches but I honestly haven't found any recipes except from this post...
There is practically zero ntr, I went out of my way to even find it in this game and the most I could find was the mcs "mom" gets her pussy forcibly licked by the uncle and thats only if you let it happen and that can easily be avoided by just stopping the uncle and treating him like shit. There is also a scene where the uncle moves in and there is one pictre with him greeting the girls by grabbing the moms ass and the side of the "sisters" boob but thats also it as nothing is there for the sister as well. Even if you go out of your way to get those scenes there is practically none. Don't even know why the tag is here besides that one licking scene.

I though adding Onii-chan in mod description would make it easier to understand, my bad, anyway...
