How do i get into the city? I get the message it is too dangerous and not to go in there alone.

I already went on the date and thanks to some free roaming at the end of it I got the turtle doctor and pregnancy quests, but now I can't get back in. Do I just repeat the date and go somewhere else in the middle of it or is there a way to permanently unlock going alone? I played a long time ago around 0.4 and recall I was able to go by myself.

Im not sure, but maybe try this date again. Or maybe its unlock after Floras date.
